    How do I sign in if I lost access to my email?
    Email support@genesisgates.com with the email on file and any payment confirmation you can find. We verify out-of-band before resetting auth.

    Can I change the email on my account?
    Yes — Dashboard → Settings → Account → Change email. We send a confirmation link to the new address.

    How do I delete my account?
    Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. All tree data, photos, and personal info are removed within 30 days. Sealed records remain anchored on Arweave/Base by design.
