Delete your data.

Signed in, go to Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account. This removes your account and everything tied to it — your trees, the people in them, photos, voice memories, events, and personal details. Deletion completes within 30 days.

You don't have to delete everything. From inside the app you can remove a single person, a photo, a voice memory, or an entire tree at any time, and it's gone right away.

You can disconnect Genesis Gates from your Facebook account in Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites. When you remove Genesis Gates there, Facebook notifies us automatically and we delete the data associated with your Facebook sign-in.

Prefer we handle it? Email privacy@genesisgates.com from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. We verify it's really you, then erase everything within 30 days and confirm when it's done.

One exception: if you chose to seal a record to permanent public storage (Arweave/Base), that copy is intentionally permanent and cannot be unwritten — that's the whole point of sealing. Everything else is fully removed.
